VERY impressive, I couldn't anything like this.
You want helpful criticism...well, I suppose I would add a sort of particle effect to the water, it seems unrealistically "globby", so to speak. I mean, it ought to splash outward in many directions, instead of just a few bits of water.
I think if you actually fired a bullet at a body of water, it wouldn't have such a great effect on it, the bullet also should not continue on unimpeded, it ought to slow down noticeably, and/or change direction.

I think the cause of this was the rendering amount, I have to think of what my computer can handle as well as how it looks
